On Saturday 19th in Brisbane Northern suburb of Red Hill, just before a huge rainstorm my second bird Riki got lost. She is white, hand reared and has a gree leg band. I hope that she has been found by someone, if that someone reads this.....
It's a long shot but I am trying everything I can think of.

Finals week is done, so I'm officially done with Fall 2009. Definitely this finals week was the most hectic out of all the ones that I have had. 4 actual exams, 2 presentations, 2 papers, and 1 project (which ended up not being counted due to the other section cheating; what idiots!), so I was pulling my hair out to actually get through the week. Lucky for me, I made it! How were your finals weeks?

As for the Christmas cards, I haven't sent them out yet! I'm so sorry everyone, it's been so busy here. I'll be sending them out tomorrow, so they may be Christmas/New Year's cards. I'm so horrible at this, LOL. But I haven't forgotten about you guys :) Also, received Sophie's (sophierochelle) card yesterday and it was so cute! I love penguins, so it's currently hung up on my mirror right now :)

On a happy note: I was named saturdaysocials last icon maker standing for challenge two! Thanks to everyone who voted and I was so shocked that I won. I was squealing because I was so excited. Speaking of LIMS challenges: xoxolims and dstarslims could always use more voters, yes yes? Thanks ♥

Glee was epic for its finale. Lea Michele's Don't Rain on my Parade was genius, while Amber Riley's And I'm Telling You I'm Not Going was absolutely phenomenal. I seriously am bummed that the fall session is over and cannot wait for it to get started up again. I have both of the soundtracks spinning on my iPod constantly; they are all amazing singers. I especially am loving Last Christmas, as it is the Christmas season.

Dollhouse has also been amazing and I am even more bummed that it has been canceled. I am loving the current storyline and will watch it until the end. I hope they pull a Firefly and make a movie for it; Fox has a way of canceling amazing shows.

Well, probably not going to post for a couple days due to Christmas, but hope to see you guys for the new year!

I have a few goals I will be changing soon. I'm considering what to add and they will most likely be replaced in a week or two...

68. Do volunteer work I have been searching for different ways of completing this goal and have decided to do basic volunteering instead of charity work. At the moment, I have volunteered to help organize the St. Patrick's Day celebration in my city, and I think that will be my project for this goal.

Taylor Lautner may be about to pin down another role.

Seemingly seconds after he booked yet another post-Jacob job, sources tell E! News that the 17-year-old actor is in talks to put his New Moon abs to good use in a remake of the 1985 drama Vision Quest. Which is not what it sounds like—a cheesy sci-fi flick—but rather a coming-of-age romance that featured Madonna's "Crazy for You" as its theme song and starred Matthew Modine as a high school wrestling star who falls in love with an artist—a permtastic Linda Fiorentino—his dad has taken in as a boarder.

Summit Entertainment and producers Temple Hill are crafting an action vehicle for their “Twilight” star Taylor Lautner that shapes up as the first film after his breakthrough in “New Moon.”

Summit has acquired an untitled script by Eric Champnella and Grant Thompson that is best described as a teenaged “Taken” meets “Die Hard.”

Dan Lautner will produce with Temple Hill partners Wyck Godfrey and Marty Bowen.

Dan Lautner is the actor’s father, and the action project becomes the first project in Tailor Made Entertainment, a company they’ve formed to develop film and TV vehicles.

hey guys :o)

so sort of recently i made up this mix of happy-sounding j/b songs, because i was like dang. the majority of songs used for this couple are pretty depressing and/or melancholy (which makes sense obvs, considering how the two of them played out in the series) but since i'm always looking for ways in which to extend my music library, and because i think i have an OD amount of not-so-happy j/b tracks, are there any at least upbeat or happy songs that you guys think fits with this ship? :)

personally two of my faves is 'how do you sleep' by jesse mccartney & ludacrs (LOL i love that collaboration btw) and 'love lost' by the temper trap. lyrics under the cut!
